Gold Dragon MMA is a family friendly dojo that offers classes for children and adults. With 25 years of experience we offer our students a set of skills that are practical in today's world. Everything we teach is focused on real world application, so that if ever the need arises, our students will be prepared to defend themselves and their loved ones. All Jiu-Jitsu classes are no-gi, because in the real world, people do not wear gis. All competitions now offer no-gi divisions. We do not believe in instilling a false sense of confidence. When students earn a higher belt rank, they have truly earned it. Mastery of skills takes time and dedication. Working towards one's blackbelt is a process that takes years of training. We do not ever charge belt testing fees and we do not trap students into contracts which are designed to force people into paying for something they no longer want. Our Classes
Gold Dragon MMA specializes in Mixed Martial Arts, but also breaks down MMA into its major components: striking and grappling. Our gym is well equipped with nearly 1800 square feet of mats, heavy bags, and a host of other modern training tools.
We treat each student as an individual and help him or her achieve his or her personal goals, whether they desire to compete in MMA events or Jiu-Jitsu tournaments, learn self-defense, or simply get in shape. Men, women and children of all experience and fitness levels are welcomed.
