Gold Dragon MMA is a family friendly dojo that offers classes for children and adults.  With 30 years of experience we offer our students a set of skills that are practical in today's world.  Everything we teach is focused on real world application, so that if ever the need arises, our students will be prepared to defend themselves and their loved ones.  All Jiu-Jitsu classes are no-gi, because in the real world, people do not wear gis.  All competitions now offer no-gi divisions. We do not believe in instilling a false sense of confidence. When students earn a higher belt rank, they have truly earned it.  Mastery of skills takes time and dedication. Working towards one's blackbelt is a process that takes years of training.  We do not ever charge belt testing fees and we do not trap students into contracts which are designed to force people into paying for something they no longer want.  Come try out a class for free and see the difference between us and the competition.
